Partner/Spouse Visa

A partner or spouse visa allows an eligible person to live in the UK with their British, settled or otherwise qualifying partner. The application must show that the relationship is genuine and subsisting, the financial requirement is met, accommodation is suitable and the applicant satisfies English language and suitability requirements.

Applications can be made from outside the UK or, in some circumstances, from inside the UK.
